What is fnyr?
Fnyr is an Old Norse term for a spark, a sudden flash, of light, often associated with the initial, small spark used to start a fire. It is pronounced "fineer". Our founder and CEO was born in Norway and the term sums up who we are as a team.
Transformation needs that spark, and someone to breathe life into it - to create that fire that drives change - with the patience and energy to sustain that change.

We're experienced in shaping and delivering transformation - at individual, group and organisational level - putting you at the heart of our thinking, and delivery. We literally breathe life into that transformation, building and maintaining momentum...hence our name, Fnyr.
The team has over 50 years of 'lived experience' in leading people-centred change, coaching and mentoring, and, simply, of getting it done.
