Mark Hewett
CEO
Mark leads our client engagements. He has over thirty years’ experience in operational and transformational leadership roles. An Army Officer for almost twenty years, Mark has been a management consultant since 2012 – most recently as a Vice President for Capgemini UK plc and as a Director for BFY Group. Mark is a critical friend, challenging client executives and enabling board level decision-making.
With experience spanning strategic analysis, design, implementation, and support of digitally enabled business transformation, Mark has worked across complex and challenging programmes. An experienced coach and mentor, Mark is also a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Manager and holds an MBA. He has deep expertise in organisational dexterity, transformation management and capability development.
Helen Hewett
COO
Helen leads our client support team. She has over 25 years' experience in business administration, finance and operations. Her career spans publishing, biopharmaceuticals, telecommunications and higher education. She has also 'run the gambit' as a military spouse, raising three children and forging a career with her husband deployed repeatedly overseas.
With experience spanning business operations, programme management and capability development, Helen has a broad background and deep understanding of how we can shape initiatives to deliver best effect for clients. With deep experience in team dynamics and conflict resolution, Helen helps shape 'win-win' situations for all.
